At Shri Yade Agro, packaging is not just the final step—it’s a critical part of delivering trust and quality to our customers. Our fully automatic Form-Fill-Seal (FFS)Packing Machine is designed for high-performance, hygienic, and efficient packaging of our premium Chakki Atta.
Plan Sifter or Rotary Sifter.
A Plan Sifter is an essential component in a flour mill used after the grinding process. It helps to separate and grade milled flour into different particle sizes. The structure you see has multiple wooden sieves (B1, B2, B3, etc.) stacked inside it. These sieves vibrate or oscillate to separate the fine flour, semolina (sooji), and bran from the ground wheat based on mesh size.
Atta Chakki Machine
The Stone Chakki Mill, also known as an Atta Chakki Machine, is a traditional grinding unit used extensively across India and South Asia for producing fresh whole wheat flour (atta). This machine operates on the age-old principle of stone grinding, where two circular stones—one stationary and the other rotating—grind wheat grains into fine flour.
